SEE MORE. STOP LESS.

LIO connects your machines.

Monitor machine operation, results and maintenance locally or through the cloud.

No monthly subscriptions Install it yourself Production + maintenance
Start without an external integrator

From machine signal to useful insight in three clear steps.

LIO is built to make production monitoring accessible. You connect the module, configure it in the app and start using real data.

01

Connect the module

Connect LIO to existing machine signals, a sensor, status light or current measurement. The machine itself stays unchanged.

02

Configure in the app

The five-step wizard guides Bluetooth setup, network connection, monitoring mode, machine parameters and shift targets.

03

See. Improve. Maintain.

Follow live status, production and downtime on the dashboard, then plan maintenance by actual operating data.

Physical LIO module

Small module. Clear overview.

The LIO module connects to existing machine signals and turns them into clear data. Your machine stays as it is. You gain visibility, history and alerts.

24 V DCBuilt for industrial environments.
Wi-Fi + RJ45A network connection is all you need to access module data.
4 modesPart counting, production lines, status lights and load monitoring.
Patented, simple integration systemLIO is designed as a unique approach that enables independent integration without external contractors. A Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet connection is all you need to view machine data.

Data moves automatically

From machine to person in real time.

The LIO module reads machine signals and sends them to a secure cloud, while the user follows status and history from any phone.

Machine + LIO module Machine signals become clear data.
Secure cloud Data is stored and remains available as history.
Person with a phone Overview, alerts and settings are always within reach.

Two core functions. One clear view of your machines.

LIO connects production and maintenance in one system powered by real machine data.

01

Production machine monitoring

Current status, production, alarms and downtime are visible in real time. Archived data lets you review, compare and analyse performance over time.

02

Maintenance planning by actual wear

Plan service work and part replacement according to actual wear in real time: operating hours, produced parts or manufactured metres.

Visibility where it matters

A large monitor for your entire production.

Show the LIO Dashboard on a large production monitor. Operators, shift leaders and maintenance teams all see the same current data.

Current status of every machineOne clear shared overview without walking from machine to machine.
Targets, downtime and alertsImportant changes are immediately visible to everyone in production.

Practical answers. Clear from the start.

LIO is designed for a simple, understandable route from a real production signal to a useful dashboard.

One module. No monthly subscription. You purchase the LIO module once; the mobile application has no monthly or annual software fee.
Can I install LIO myself?

Yes. The app guides the setup in five steps. Basic electrical knowledge is enough to connect the module to suitable low-voltage machine signals. Follow the relevant machine and electrical safety requirements during installation.

Does LIO require a monthly subscription?

No. LIO is designed without monthly software subscriptions. You purchase the module once and use the LIO mobile application without monthly or annual software fees.

Which machines and signals can LIO monitor?

LIO supports four practical modes: part counting, production lines, machine status lights and electrical load monitoring. It can use existing machine signals, sensors or relay outputs.

How does the module connect to the network?

Connect through Wi-Fi or RJ45 Ethernet. The local web interface remains useful in the workshop, while the cloud adds secure remote visibility from elsewhere.

Can LIO help with maintenance planning?

Yes. Service items can be planned by actual operating hours, produced parts or metres, so maintenance is based on real wear rather than an arbitrary calendar reminder.

Can I control something remotely?

One transistor output can control a suitable external circuit, for example a heater through a button, schedule or delayed switch-off. The connected equipment must always be designed and protected correctly.

Access and data protection

Security is built into LIO Cloud.

The platform connection uses an encrypted HTTPS channel. Each user sees only their machines or machines explicitly shared with them.

The demo is strictly separate from real machines. The interactive demo can control only four virtual devices. Access to physical machines, user accounts, OTA updates and other sensitive functions is blocked.
01 Encrypted HTTPS connection

Data between the browser and LIO Cloud travels over a protected TLS-certified connection.

02 Secure server sessions

The sign-in session is stored in a protected HttpOnly and Secure cookie, so the authentication token is not accessible to JavaScript.

03 Permission checks for every machine

For every request, the server verifies the user and permissions for the selected machine, including shared access.

04 Restricted sensitive functions

Control, settings and service actions are allowed only for signed-in users with appropriate access.
